APP for State states on instructions that without arrest charge sheet has been filed on 23rd November, 2023. Subsequently, bail was granted on 01st December, 2023.

However, petitioner seeks cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted by order dated 01st December, 2023, on the basis that Trial Court did not consider the gravity of the offence.

Further, it is stated that some threats have been received by the petitioner/prosecutrix, though the same have not been informed to the IO. 4.
Counsel for petitioner withdraws this petition with liberty to file it afresh at a later stage, in case the need arises. In the meantime, the petitioner shall be at liberty to report to the IO in case any threat perceived.

Further, in order to secure her life and liberty, number of the beat constable /SHO of PS Laxmi Nagar be provided by the IO to the petitioner who is present in person in the Court, for her to contact, in case any threat is perceived.

Additionally, as recorded in the bail order, the petitioner is also at liberty to apply for witness protection, if so advised. 8.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted. 9.
