% 11.08.2020 The present matter has been heard by way of video conferencing. On the last date of hearing the petitioner was given an opportunity to amend the petition and file an amended memo of parties. The petitioner states that he has filed an amendment application vide diary No. 605855/2020, however no amendment application is on record. Since the present writ petition is at the initial stage and the procedure for amendment is time consuming, the petitioner who appears in person, wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the

same cause of action.

Consequently, present writ petition as well as pending applications are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
