% 27.08.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. CM 19033/2020 (directions) Present Application had been filed by the Petitioner seeking directions to the Respondents to provide police force and other assistance to ensure that the wall barricading Naraina Vihar Colony from the Railway track adjacent to it is re-constructed / re-built without any obstruction. Notice was issued on the last date of hearing. Status Report has been filed on behalf of North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC). It is stated in the Report that the site was inspected by NDMC on 17.08.2020 and 18.08.2020 and on inspection it was found that the wall in question has been repaired/ re-constructed. Photographs to that effect have been placed on record.

Mr. Sharma learned counsel for Petitioner/ Applicant submits that he is satisfied since the grievance raised in the Application has been redressed. No further directions are required to be passed in the application. The same is accordingly disposed of.
