This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs: "1.

Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondent authorities to grant provisional admission to the petitioner to the seat which has been allotted to him in the NEET MDS 2020 Exams, and further to grant an extension of time so as to enable the petitioner to procure the PWD certificate as has been mandated by the respondents which could not be procured due to the prevailing lockdown due to covid19; and/or 2.

Issue an appropriate writ/order/direction quashing the cancellation order dated 24.04.2020 by which the seat allotted to the petitioner has been cancelled and the petitioner has been rendered ineligible for subsequent rounds of seat allotment." 2.

Respondents No.1 and 2 have filed a short affidavit. In the affidavit, in para 5 respondents No.1 and 2 state as follows:- "5.

It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner may get the same issued from the designated centres before the Round 2 of the counselling which is likely to commence from 3rd

June, 2020. It is further respectfully submitted that the petitioner will then be permitted to participate in Round 2 of the counselling."

Hence, as per respondents No.1 and 2, the petitioner is free to get the disability certificate issued from the designated centres before round two of the counselling, which is likely to commence from 3rd June, 2020. He will then be permitted to participate in round two of the counselling. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will take steps accordingly to get his disability certificate before the stipulated date and will also take other necessary steps to participate in round two of the counselling.

The communication dated 22.05.2020 sent by respondent No.3 is taken on record.

Binding the parties to the above, the present petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
