The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner-Green Cooperative Thrift and Credit Society Ltd. (hereinafter, 'Society') under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondent No. 3-DDO/Assistant Director (Horticulture), Municipal Corporation of Delhi to disclose the salary account of Respondent No. 4- Sh. Pawan Kumar.

The grievance of the Society is that the salary account of the Respondent No. 4 has not been disclosed by the Respondent No. 3. 4.
