% 17.06.2020 CRL.M.A. No. 7278/2020 (for modification of order dated 28.05.2020) Pursuant to last order dated 12.06.2020, Mr. G.M. Farooqui, learned APP for the State submits that the applicant's Baghpat address has been verified and a status report to that effect has been filed. However, the status report, stated to have been filed, is not forthcoming on record. 2.

Let the status report be brought on record.

Mr. Farooqui has read-out the status report, in which it is confirmed that an officer has visited the applicant's Baghpat address ; that the statements of the village Pradhan and of the neighbours of the applicant's father have been recorded. Based on the statements, Mr. Farooqui says that there is no doubt as to the correctness of the applicant's Baghpat address.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. Condition No. (ii) contained in para 8 of order dated 28.05.2020 to the effect that the applicant shall not leave the State of Delhi stands modified to read that the applicant shall not leave the National Capital Region (NCR) without permission of court and shall ordinarily reside at his address at House No. 141, Village and P.O. : Budhera, PS : Binoli, District Baghpat, U.P. This modification had already been recorded in order dated 08.06.2020 as well.

For the record, the applicant has already furnished a local surety of Rs.50,000/- as directed by order dated 08.06.2020. Other conditions of interim bail as contained in order dated 28.05.2020 shall remain unaltered.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. 7.

Bail Appl. 976/2020 already stands disposed of by order dated 28.05.2020.
