The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action against the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent no.6 in property bearing Khasra No. 633, village Jaitpur, New Delhi-110044 (hereinafter 'subject property').

The petitioner claims to be owner of 50 sq. yds. land, which is part of the subject property, through a General Power of Attorney (GPA) and an Agreement to Sell, both of which are unregistered documents. construction is being carried out. Photographs also do not show as to the location where the said construction is going on. 3.
The writ petition is misconceived and hence, I do not find any merit in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

The petitioner would have liberty to invoke appropriate remedies that may be available in law.

The pending application also disposed of.
