The present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:

a. Quash the order dated 30.03.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Neha Gupta Singh, Ld. CMM (North District), Rohini Courts whereby the Ld. CMM was pleased to decline the prayer of the Petitioner for cancellation of the remand order dated 29.03.2024 and release from the custody due to non-compliance of Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. rendering the arrest illegal and arbitrary and committed the Petitioner to transit remand for 7 days or any period lesser than 7 days and then be produced before Ld. CJM, Erode, Tamil Nadu on or before 06.04.2024.

b. Pass an order to release the Petitioner from the custody who has been committed to transit remand for 7 days or any period lesser than 7 days as per the order passed by the Ld.
