By virtue of the present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.36/2016 dated 12.01.2016 registered at PS: Lajpat Nagar under Sections 420/448/467/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars and/ or documents.
