Mr. Rahul Dhankar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has recently been engaged by the respondent. He submits that he has already filed his vakalatnama, which is on record. 2.

At this stage, Mr. Piyush Chhabra, learned counsel for the respondent seeks discharge from the brief. Accordingly, Mr. Piyush Chhabra is discharged.

Mr. Pronoy Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that arrears upto June, 2020 have been cleared however, monthly maintenance for the month of July, 2020 and the school fee are due and payable. CRL. M.C. 1483/2020 Page 1 of 2

Mr. Rahul Dhankar, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the school fees and the arrears shall be paid within two weeks and order dated 22.04.2019, vide which the interim maintenance has been directed to be paid to the petitioners, shall be complied with. He, on further instructions, submits that the monthly maintenance shall be paid to the petitioners on or before 10th of each English calendar month, which shall be paid electronically in the bank account of the petitioner no.1. 5.

The respondent is bound by the aforesaid statement made on his behalf in Court today.

Let an undertaking in the form of an affidavit, be filed with the Registry within one week by the respondent with respect to his aforesaid statement.
