% 10.07.2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 93/2019, under Sections 33/38 of Delhi Excise Act, 2009 registered at police station Nangloi, Delhi.

Vide last order, petitioner was granted interim bail. Petitioner seeks parity with co-accused-Deepak Kashyap, who has been already granted pre-arrest bail.

Without commenting upon the merits of this case, the interim bail granted to petitioner on 27th May, 2019 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Court concerned.

With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
