Ms Preeti Singh, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant, on instructions, says that she seeks to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the Family Court for modification of the impugned judgment and order dated 02.01.2024.

conducive, given the fact that the relationship between the appellant and children needs to be repaired.

To be noted, via the impugned order, the Family Court has granted visitation rights to the appellant on the second and fourth Sunday of the month between 2.00 PM and 5.00 PM at Guru Singh Sabha Gurudwara, Bali Nagar Main Road, New Delhi.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 6.

In case an application is filed for modification of the aforementioned order is moved, the Family Court will consider the same and pass an appropriate order after hearing both parties with regard to change in venue.
