After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal.

The only submission that the learned counsel for the appellant makes concerns early disposal of the annulment and divorce petition pending adjudication before the Family Court. We are told that the said actions are listed before the Family Court on 15.04.2024. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant says that the appellant would require three (3) months to pay the arrears.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that she would have no objection to such a direction being issued if the arrears are cleared within the next three (3) months.
