A petition under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking further extension by twelve months for the learned Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner is taking repeated extensions and it be directed to conclude the proceedings within next twelve months. It submits that the extension may be allowed, accordingly.
