This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Letter of Award dated 03.04.2018 read with terms and conditions contained in e-tender dated 27.10.2017.

The mandate of the Tribunal was extended by mutual consent of learned counsel for the parties w.e.f 27.09.2023 for six months, which expired on 27.03.2023.
