% 22.05.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his primary grievance is against the alleged arbitrary transfer of the petitioner from Delhi to the Regional Centre of the respondent no.2- Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) at Udaipur. The same has also been challenged by the petitioner by way of WP(C) No.12674/2019, which is pending before this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application in the above-mentioned writ petition seeking relief especially because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
