Respondent no.2 has filed an affidavit dated 21.11.2024 deposing that a cost of Rs.30,000/- has been paid, therefore, he has no objection to the transfer of complaint case 1918/2023 from Saket District Courts, South Delhi District to the jurisdiction of Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District.

In view of the affidavit of the respondent no.2, the complaint case 1918/2023 titled as M/s Anant Raj Agencies Pvt. Ltd. (now TARC Limited) vs. R. L. Verma & Sons and Ors is withdrawn from the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, South District, Saket Courts and assigned to the Court of competent jurisdiction to New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
