This hearing has been held by video conferencing. 2.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia complaining that the respondent no.3 is restricting the entry of the service personnel including domestic help and delivery of newspapers in the Society premises.

On the last date of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while the entry of domestic help has been allowed by the respondent no.3, the delivery of newspapers is still prohibited. 4.
Mr.B.K.Singh, Secretary of the respondent no.3-Society submits that the entry of domestic help has since been allowed. He further submits that as far as delivery of newspapers is concerned, the same are
allowed to be delivered at the entry gate of the Society premises from where the residents may pick them up on their own or are delivered by the employees of the Society to the residents of the Society after 10.00 a.m..

Mr. Vashisht, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the above arrangement. 6.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. 7.
