The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of appropriate directions for setting aside Show Cause Notice No.21/2020 [DIN202005DDZ400000J8995] dated 29th May, 2020 under F. No. DRI/DZU/23Enq./Fur/75/Ravneet/2016 (hereinafter, SCN), issued by the Respondent No.2- Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit. 3.
Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the Order-in-original has been passed pursuant to the SCN. However, the said Order-in-Original is not a subject matter of the present petition.
