Counsel for the Petitioners states that since the Petitioners have come to India and are willing to appear before the District Medical Board constituted under the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act 2021, the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, counsel for the Petitioners states that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. 2.

In light of the above, the same is allowed and disposed of. W.P.(C) 4696/2024 3.

In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 64857/2024, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
