Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioners pray for quashing of the order dated 05.12.2022, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 328/2020. 2.

In substance, the learned Tribunal has directed the Petitioners to pay the Respondent pay and allowances attached to the post of Assistant Steward / Catering Supervisor for the period he has worked on these posts.

At the relevant time, the Respondent was working as Cook. He was asked to perform the duties for the post of Assistant Steward/Catering Supervisor vide order dated 10.06.2014. Thereafter, he continued to work on the higher posts' nearly for a period of four years.

This Court does not find any good reason to interfere with the equitable order passed by the learned Tribunal particularly when it is not denied that the Respondent was made to work as Assistant Steward / Catering Supervisor during the relevant period. 6.

The present Writ Petition, along with the pending application, is therefore dismissed.
