After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition, in case the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and decide the question of framing of charge, if any, as per law at the earliest. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings and decide the question of framing of charge, if any, as per law preferably within three months.
