This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- A. Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to provide:

(1) Copy of proceedings of Staff Court of Inquiry under Rule 176 Border Security Force, 1969,

(2) Copy of original complaint against the Petitioner and

B. Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent no. 2 to refrain from seeking de-attachment from Internal Security-II Division Ministry of Home Affairs for preparation of Record of Evidence; and/or C. Any other writ, order or direction which your lordship may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be issued in favor of the Petitioner and against the Respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner presses the prayer A (1) & (2). Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the copy of the proceedings of Court of Inquiry which includes the original complaint shall be supplied to the petitioner within a week from today. The statement is taken on record.
