This Court by its order dated 14.11.2024 recorded the following:- "1.
A perusal of the order dated 19.01.2010 passed by this Court shows that the possession of the subject premises has already been taken over by the Respondents. The licence which was for a period of fifteen years has expired on 31.12.1987 and that the Petitioner continued thereafter to occupy the subject premises till 18.12.2009.

None appears for the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the matter has become infructuous and it seems that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent requests for some time to take instructions as to whether any proceedings have been initiated by the Petitioner for restoration of possession or otherwise." 4.
