After some arguments, when it was suggested to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the proper remedy for the Petitioner would be to approach the competent Court for the prayers sought in the present Writ Petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepted the suggestion of this Court and seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent court by filing a fresh petition in accordance with law.
