After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioners does not press the present petition. However, it is prayed that he may be permitted to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking reduction/waiver of cost, which had been imposed upon them on 11.03.2025.

In view of the above, the present petition, along with all the pending applications, is disposed of as not pressed.

Petitioners are given liberty to file appropriate application for reduction/waiver of cost and this Court expects that as and when any such application is moved, the same shall be considered by the learned Trial Court in accordance with law and with due compassion.
