Respective counsel for the parties submit that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties during the course of mediation, and two settlement agreements dated 15.04.2024 have been executed between the parties. Copies of the settlement agreements dated 15.04.2024 which are stated to have been executed between the parties have been placed on record.

Respective counsel for the parties submit, on instructions, that the said settlement agreements have been executed by the parties out of their own free will and volition, and that all outstanding disputes between the parties, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. as set out in the present writ petitions, stand resolved in terms thereof. 3.
