Pursuant to previous orders, the Trial Court has sealed a copy of the documents which were provided then to Public Prosecutor. 2.
The sealed cover has been presented to this Court and the Court has opened the sealed cover and finds that this contains a copy of the Rules under Classification and Handling of Classified Documents (CHCD)-2001 issued by the Army Headquarters. The Court has perused the same. 3.
Considering the orders which have been passed on 14th December 2020 in BAIL APPLN. 3481/2020 read with 2nd December 2020 in BAIL APPLN. 3481/2020, the Court does not see any impediment in supplying the copy of these Rules to counsel for petitioner, which has been done. 4.
