This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 13th August 2024 passed in W.P.(C) 12478 /2018. Issue Notice.

Notice is accepted by counsel for respondent, who points to Annexure P-4, where order dated 19th December 2024 has indeed been passed by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), pursuant to the directions of this Court as noted above.

The matter has been examined and issue of penalty granted to lady Constable Kumari Anita has also been considered and assessed. A perusal of the said order bears out, that the conclusion arrived at is - there is no cogent reason to interfere with the orders passed by the Disciplinary Committee. 5.
It is noted from order dated 13th August 2024, that the Court had stated that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, it will be open for him to seek legal recourse as per law.

Contempt petition (CONT.CAS(C) 489/2025) is disposed of, with liberty to petitioner to seek relief in accordance with law, and in consonance of what has been directed by this Court.
