The present petition under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Punish the respondents/ Contemnors for willful, deliberate and contumacious conduct of the respondents by not honouring the direction of the Hon'ble Court passed vide order dated :23.12.2024 in O.M.P (ENF.) (COMM) No.145 of 2022;

(b) Direct the Respondent/ Contemnor to make the payments to ICICI bank and the Petitioner as envisaged under the order dated 23.12.2024, which is as per the Arbitral Award dated 28.02.2022; (c) Impose heavy cost on the respondents for harassing the petitioner for their contumacious conduct;

(d) Pass such other further order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Mr. Udayan Khandelwal, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the matter has since been settled.
