The writ petition seeks clubbing or consolidation of two different cases registered by the police one being FIR No.973/2015 in Police Station Vivek Vihar and the other FIR No.674/2015 in Police Station Dwarka-North. Though both the said FIRs seem to be directed against certain common individuals, the transactions which are subject-matter of the allegations made therein are distinct as indeed the complainants. While in case FIR No.973/2015 of Police Station Vivek Vihar the charge sheet has been filed, the case in FIR No.674/2015 in Police Station Dwarka-North is still under investigation.

Having regard to the present stage of the investigation process of the second case, there is no good ground for clubbing or consolidation of the two FIRs. The petition is misconceived and, therefore, dismissed. R.K.GAUBA, J.
