The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: <(a) Initiate contempt of court proceedings against the respondent/contemnor for deliberately disobeying and not complying with the orders/directions dated 16.09.2022 passed by Hon'ble High court of Delhi in W.P.(C) no. 11906/22 and punish them in accordance with law.
(b) Pass an appropriate order to declare the process of admission for B. Tech. course conducted by the institute headed by the R-2 by over reaching the order dated 16.09.2022 non-est and direct the RThe authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 1 to conduct the process as mentioned in Para 16 to ensure the compliance of order dated 16.09.2022 in W.P.(c) No. 11906 of 2022 in manner suggested in Para 15 of the contempt petition. (c) Any other appropriate order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.= 3.
It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the counter affidavit dated 23.02.2023, filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 and 2, contains certain derogatory remarks that have been made against the learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to her as <... Petitioner's counsel Mrs. Shikha Sharma Bagga (who is yes lady of counsel Mr Khgesh B Jha) ...=. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subject to an apology being tendered by the learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2, he is willing to withdraw the present petition.

Mr. Shashank Deo Sudhi, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 fairly states that the portion of the counter affidavit as pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner was not appropriate and he tenders an apology for the same.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
