This application was listed yesterday, i.e., on 03.02.2026 whereupon learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to take instructions. 2.
Today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
The present application avers that the SDM, Mehrauli, has passed a final order dated 03.06.2025 disposing of the main matter out of which the present contempt petition arises. It is submitted that thereby, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.
A copy of the order dated 03.06.2025 has been enclosed along with the present application.

The application accordingly seeks that the present contempt proceedings be discharged / disposed of.
