It is pointed out that the present contempt petition was listed along with W.P.(C) 1227/2025, wherein the learned Division Bench on 12.08.2025 had passed the following order: - "1. Mr. Bhatnagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that these writ petitions are amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal in terms of Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act 1985.

Accordingly, we transfer these writ petitions to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench to be treated as original applications.

the Tribunal. The Tribunal would renumber these writ petitions as original applications and proceed with the matter accordingly. 4.

In view thereof, the present contempt petition may be transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, to be heard along with Original Application as directed in the aforesaid order. 5.

The Registry is directed to transmit the record of the present contempt petition to the learned Tribunal to be listed along with aforesaid original applications. The present petition may be re-numbered accordingly before the learned Tribunal.
