The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing. 2.

This writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "a) pass appropriate writs, orders and/or directions particularly in the nature of mandamus whereby directing the respondents no.2, 3 and 8 to register FIR under appropriate sections of law of the land against respondents no.4 to 7, on the complaint of the petitioner. b) pass appropriate writs, orders and/or directions particularly in the nature of mandamus whereby directing the respondents no.2, 3 ad 8 to provide adequate police protection/security to the petitioner and his family from the hands of the respondent no.4 to 7 and their accomplices.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner had a business dealing with respondents no. 4 to 6 where they were required to invest an amount of Rs.25.00 crores for purchase of 47% shares in M/s.CP systems Pvt. Ltd. MoU dated 24.02.2018 was also signed between the parties. However the respondents did not adhere to the terms of said MoU and could only pay Rs.6.92 crores, leading to loss to the petitioner herein. Later they SHARMA

started demanding their money and called the petitioner in their office and while threatening him had made him sign some blank cheques and MoU dated 07.04.2018, these cheques when presented by unknown person were dishonoured and a case under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act was filed. It is submitted though the petitioner for this act of respondents no.4 to 7 had filed various complaints but no action was taken by Police, hence this peition. 4.

The learned ASC submits an FIR bearing no. 79/2020 under Section 307/ 306/ 506/34 IPC has been registered at P.S. Parliament Street against respondents no.4 and 5 herein. 5.

The petitioner is still aggrieved of the fact the FIR is not registered against respondents no.6 and 7. The learned ASC in this regard submit they may file a fresh representation with the police authorities so that this grievance of the petitioner may also be looked into and alternatively they may file complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. before the magistrate.

The petition has now become infructuous and stands disposed of in terms of above. Pending application(s) also stands disposed of. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
