Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
Admittedly, the film in question has already been released all over India.
That apart, even according to the petitioner, the Central Board of Film Certification which is the statutory authority under the Cinematograph Act, 1952, issued "A" Certificate. No case is made out to interfere with the decision of the statutory authority in exercise of the power of judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. W.P.(C) 908/2016

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
