The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Affidavit of compliance has been filed by learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3. However, it is contended that the air conditioner was not functional because the cables had been deliberately cut by someone and their apprehension is that it was Mrs. Sudesh Tyagi who had herself cut the cables. This is disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

However, without getting into the controversy, it is noticed that the air conditioner stands repaired. In view thereof, no further orders are called for in this petition.

However, Mr. Ashok Tyagi and his family, Ms. Neelam Tygai, Mr. Deepak Kumar and his family, Ms. Neha Garg and Mrs. Sudesh Tyagi are directed to ensure that peace and order is maintained. 5.
