The case involves an act of rash and negligent driving. There are two injured persons. Respondent No.3 has suffered brain damage. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has settled the matter with respondents Nos.2 and 3 for full-andfinal settlement of Rs.3,00,000/-. This court is of the view that the settlement arrived at is not reasonable or fair.

In the circumstances, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
