Learned counsel for the parties submit that under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, the parties have been able to resolve their disputes. The terms of the settlement have been recorded under the Settlement Agreement dated 01.12.2025.

The said Settlement Agreement has been made available by the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre., which is taken on record alongwith all its annexures. The settlement terms have been recorded in paras 1 to 15 of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.12.2025. 3.

In terms of para 4, the defendants were to pay to the plaintiff a total sum of Rs.10 Lakhs in equal instalments. Mr. Neeraj Bhardwaj, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff admits and confirms receipt of the sum of Rs.10 Lakhs. Other compliances as required by the terms of settlement are stated to have been completed.

no impediment in case the suit is decreed in terms of paras 1 to 15 of the Settlement Agreement.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of paras 1 to 15 of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.12.2025 and as per para no.42(i) to (iv) of the plaint which are reproduced in para 10 of the Settlement Agreement. 6.

The suit is decreed and disposed of in the above terms alongwith all the pending applications.

The Court Fees in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 be refunded to the plaintiff upon completion of all the formalities, as per rules.
