O R D E R

% 04.12.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner prays for setting aside the judgment dated 07.12.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge - 02, South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi passed in CC No. 1730/3 titled as 'Ekta Puri vs. Vikramjit Singh Puri & Ors.' and further direct the respondent to pay an interim monthly maintenance of ₹5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) to the petitioner from the date of filing of the domestic violence complaint.

Learned counsel for parties have jointly stated that vide order dated 19.11.2019 in case titled as 'Ekta Puri vs. M/s Vireet Investments Pvt. Ltd. and Anr.' (Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 4275/2018), the Hon'ble Supreme Court had directed that all the proceedings - Civil/ Criminal pending in Courts below as mentioned in terms of settlement, stand disposed of. Thus, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and order dated 19.11.2011 whereby the Hon'ble Supreme Court has closed all the proceedings, the petition is dismissed being settled. Pending application also stands disposed of.
