% 30.07.2020 Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP for the State submits that action against Dr. Gajinder Kumar Nayyar has been initiated pursuant to proceedings in Bail Appl. No.865/2020 titled Abdul Rehman @ Nawali vs. State; FIR No.85/2020 at PS: Crime Branch has been registered; and the doctor has been arrested on allegations of issuing fake certificates. The action in that matter would include action relating to the certificates issued in the present case, if found fake. 2.

Mr. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application.
