% 05.09.2016 C.M.No. 32397/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of his application pending before the SDM seeking mutation in the revenue record qua certain properties (as mentioned in the writ petition) in the revenue Estate of Village Satbari, New Delhi, the SDM has seized of the matter and has not disposed of it. This is in spite of reminders.
At the outset, learned counsel learned counsel for the respondent under instructions states that the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of within an outer limit of four weeks from today. This satisfies the prayer of the petitioner.
The SDM shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner in four weeks from today uninfluenced by any observation made by this Court today.
No further orders are called for.
