By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "i) Direct Respondent No. 1 & 2 (Police Authorities) to provide immediate protection to the Petitioners. ii) Ensure no harassment or coercive action is taken against the Petitioners by private respondents.

iii) Pass any other order(s) deemed fit in the interest of justice."
