Mr. Shashank Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the present petitions have arisen out of the complaints under Section 138 of NI Act filed by the respondents. He submits that the matter has been settled and in view thereof, the complaints shall be withdrawn by the respondents.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw all the petitions.

The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
