notices have been issued to the occupants for vacation of other floors of the said property. It further notes that further steps will be taken in accordance with law.

Besides a request letter has also been sent to SHO PS Vasant KunjSouth on 19th May 2025 to keep a watch and ward of the property in question. 3.

Counsel for DJB, who appears through VC, states that no water connection has been given with respect to the said property. 4.

As regards BSES , counsel states that they will be informed by the MCD as to when joint inspection or actions are to be taken, so that BSES officers can accompany the team and ensure that electricity supply is disconnected.

Counsel for MCD further states that the property is being booked and there is no doubt that they will continue to take action in this regard. 6.

On this undertaking, this petition is disposed of. 7.

Petitioner is always at liberty to revive the petition in case of any continued infraction on behalf of any the authority. 8.
