Petition under Section 528 of BNSS read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0040/2025 dated 11.01.2025 registered under Sections 123/309(5) of BNSS at P.S. Nihal Vihar. 2.
It is submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 07.03.2025. Both the parties are present and undertake to abide by the terms of the Settlement and that they have arrived at it voluntarily without any force, fear and coercion. 3.

Considering the nature of allegations and Settlement inter se the parties, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR No. 0040/2025 dated 11.01.2025 registered under Sections 123/309(5) of BNSS at P.S. Nihal Vihar and proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. 5.
