% 14.05.2025 The Petition under Section 528 BNSS read with Section 482 Cr.PC, has been filed by the Petitioner Shubham Kumar, for quashing of the FIR bearing No. 011/2023 dated 04.01.2023 under Sections 354 D/506/509 IPC, registered at Police Station Dabri.

It is submitted that on 21.01.2022 there was some fight/attack which took place between the parties on account of some issues inter-se the two. A Complaint was filed by the Complainant on which the present FIR No.011/2023 dated 04.01.2023 was registered. Cross FIR No.0132/2022 P.S. Dabri was also registered against the Complainant under Section 354, 354D, 341, 323, 506, 509 and 34 IPC at Police Station Dabri. 3.

sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity vide Settlement Deed dated 22.03.2025, and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 4.

The Complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the accused vide Settlement Deed dated 22.03.2025, whereby both the parties have agreed for quashing of their respective FIRs. The Statement of the parties has already been recorded by the learned Joint Registrar. The Respondent No.2 has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioner on account of the Settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 011/2023 registered at Police Station Dabri, for offences punishable under Sections 354 D/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioner.

The Petition stands disposed of.
