Mr. Roshal Lal Saini, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant, who is present in Court and duly identified by the I.O states that the appellant has already undergone the entire sentence and having understood the consequences, he does not wish to press the appeal on merits.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for DSLSA submits that the compensation could not be disbursed as the victim remained untraceable.
