Both the petitions are connected petitions and, therefore, they have been taken up together.

The next date in both the abovesaid petitions is 09.04.2026 but since the parties have amicably settled all their disputes, the petitioners have filed separate applications seeking early hearing.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the abovesaid applications are allowed and the dates are pre-poned and, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, both the matters have been taken up today. 4.

matters has joined the proceedings through video conferencing and confirms that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and has no objection if, in terms of settlement, these petitions, as undertaken by the petitioner, are permitted to be withdrawn.

Petitioner is present in person and submits that the matter has been amicably settled and the settlement took place under the aegis of Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi and copy of the Mediation Order dated 09.12.2025 is also on record.

During the hearing, petitioner submitted that she would take all the steps, as recorded in the abovesaid mediation order dated 09.12.2025. 7.

Mr. Valecha, learned counsel for respondents, on instructions, also states at the Bar that even the respondents would take the requisite action and would comply with the terms and conditions as recorded in order dated 09.12.2025.

The petitioner, however, seeks liberty to revive the petitions, in case, the respondents back out from the terms of settlement. 9.

Present petitions are, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed in terms of settlement dated 09.12.2025.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

The next date stands cancelled.
