The sole grievance raised by the petitioner is with respect to the order dated 20.04.2026 for fixing the matter for final order on 24.04.2026. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter is pending for quite a long time before respondent no. 3 and after filing of the reply of the respondent, the petitioner intended to file the rejoinder. Since the opportunity of filing rejoinder was not granted and the matter has been posted for final order, therefore, the petitioners have approached this Court. 3.

The Court finds that there does not seem to be an imminent urgency requiring the order to be passed immediately. three years, the request made by the petitioners for filing of the rejoinder within a reasonable period of time could have been accepted. 4.

The Court, thus, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case finds that the petitioners be granted four weeks' time from today to file their rejoinder. The concerned Authority, therefore, to defer the hearing beyond four weeks and thereafter to pass appropriate order after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of. 6.
